March 2, 2009 - Produced in small prototype (research) quantities, custom metallurgical alloy products and shapes are available from metal bases - aluminum, copper, nickel, tin, and zinc - for casting, chemical processes, and plating. Alloy compositions are verified throughout manufacturing cycle with spectrographs, utilizing NBS traceable standards. Along with standard formulations, shapes, and sizes, special formulations requiring adjustment of compositions and forms can also be accommodated.
