Measuring 98.4 x 43.4 x 63 in. and supplied with 220 lb titanium solder pot, ECO-300 lead-free wave solder machine features heavy-duty, transducer-controlled pump motor that promotes precision solder wave uniformity and height control. Other features include automatically recirculating adjustable titanium finger conveyor for board widths to 11.8 in., and 32 in. preheat zone with stainless steel sheath-type IR heaters. Total power consumption is rated at 15 kW.

Manncorp's New Dimension in Wave Soldering Saves Space, Solder & Energy
A small-footprint lead-free wave solder machine that benefits users ecologically as well as economically is now available from Manncorp. The ECO-300, with a 100Kg, (220 lbs.) titanium solder pot, has half the customary solder startup costs of comparable large-pot machines. With the faster heating time and lower thermal requirements of single-wave systems, it also consumes almost 40% less energy.
"This is a compact niche machine for OEMs and contractors who have limited applications for lead-free wave soldering of through-hole components or selective soldering," states CEO Henry Mann. "It will most certainly do the job while potentially saving thousands of dollars in solder costs and energy and will also eliminate the need to retrofit an existing wave solder machine for this purpose."
Just over 8 ft. (2500 mm) long, the ECO-300 features include a heavy duty transducer-controlled pump motor for precise solder wave uniformity and height control, an automatically recirculating adjustable titanium finger conveyor for board widths to 11.8" (300 mm), along with an 800 mm (32") preheat zone with stainless steel sheath-type IR heaters.
