Dayton T. Brown High / Low Environmental Temperature Testing

For over 55 years, the goal of Dyton T. Browns testing lab has been to provide our customers with competitive pricing, low project cost and impeccable testing services, with outstanding results. At DTB's testing lab, we are committed to helping you successfully meet all of your goals. Opening new possibilities in environmental testing and simulation Dayton T. Brown now expands on temperature testing services.

Now featuring high and low temperatures testing available with over 30 testing chambers and offering additional combined environments testing for electrodynamic vibration testing of products. Within environmental testing chambers varying from 0.06 cubic meters (3500 cubic ft.), we generate temperatures as cold as an evening on Mars or as hot as a morning on Mercury. Relative humidity can range from that of a desert, 2%, to a tropical forest, 100%. We have over 30 temperature environmental testing chambers, the largest being our new 25ft deep by 15ft wide by 15ft tall drive-in environmental test chamber that is coupled with over 240 Hp of refrigeration, 240,000 KVA of heat and a 42 KVA Steam Generator for humidity test requirements. Complete Metallurgical product testing services are also available.

Combined Environments: We own six such environmental testing facilities, combining temperature/humidity chambers with electro-dynamic vibration facilities. The chambers have rapid rates of temperature change and the vibration facilities can handle 18,000 force-pound loads, with frequencies up to 2000 Hz.

Dayton T. Brown, Inc's testing lab stands apart from the rest by providing a full spectrum of engineering and testing services that your project needs, with the innovation, integrity and dependability that you deserve; all under one roof.
