Equipped with 5.7 in. TFT QVGA display, Model V570-57-T20B provides multiple auto-tuned PID loops and internal 120 K database for datalogging and recipe programming. Display offers more than 1,000 user-designed screens and up to 500 images per application. On-board I/O can be added by snapping module onto back of unit. Communication options include TCP/IP Ethernet, GSM/SMS, MODBUS, and CANopen networking plus remote access for data acquisition and program download.

QUINCY, MA (January, 2009)- Designed specifically to increase the price competitiveness of the current 5.7" Color Touchscreen PLCs on the market, Unitronics' new V570-57-T20B offers the exact same Vision570(TM) functions at a significantly lower price: MSRP- $750
The only change from the current model is in the type of the display backlight (White Led instead of fluorescent). The display of the new model is also TFT QVGA, and it looks very similar to the current model.
On-board I/Os can still be added to this model by simply snapping a module onto the back of the PLC; Snap-in I/O Modules come in several configurations. I/O Expansion modules enable integrating up to 512 I/Os per Vision(TM) PLC.
All three Vision570(TM) models offer a rich range of embedded features such as multiple auto-tuned PID loops, and internal 120K database for datalogging and recipe programming.
Communication options include TCP/IP Ethernet, GSM/SMS, MODBUS and CANopen networking plus remote access for data acquisition and program download. 2MB Ladder code application memory (plus 6MB for images and 1MB for fonts) enable the Vision570(TM) units to run complex control and automation tasks.
The TFT QVGA display enables color-coded operator instructions and red, attention-grabbing alarm screens. They can also display graphs according to historical values-to reflect trends of recorded data. Display options are almost endless with more than 1000 user-designed screens, and up to 500 images per application.
The Vision PLC/Graphic HMI series now introduces an unbeatable priceperformance ratio that enables users to enjoy the advanced features of both the operator panel and the PLC, while maintaining low budget, reduced programming time and minimum wiring.

A Vision Series controller is a compact PLC with snap-in I/Os and a Graphic/Touch/Color Operator Interface. Vision's integral HMI panel contains a graphics-ready LCD, function keyboard and/or touchscreen.
