This ensures conveyed products, such as fragile fruits, vegetables, rice, and pasta, are only in contact with plastic while also ensuring belt has strength and high-temperature resistance of steel.

The belt is developed to replace stainless steel wire mesh belts being used in blanching, cooking and steaming applications. The wire mesh belts are very expensive to maintain and cause contamination of the product conveyed.
The uni BLB is the ideal belt for fragile fruits, vegetables, rice and pasta. This unique design combines plastic with stainless steel. This ensures that the conveyed products are only in contact with plastic while giving the belt the strength and high temperature resistance of steel.
