Ceramic Capacitors feature high self-resonant frequency.
December 27, 2001 - HFC Series ceramic capacitors are available in sizes 1005, 1410, 1608, 1610 and 1612. Single layer ceramic substrate construction ensures non-polarity, making units suitable for use in AC circuits where polarity may reverse. Termination material is 100% tin, and operating temperature range is -55° to 125° C. Capacitance ranges include 0.10-0.60 pF (size 1005) or 0.10-1.20 pF (sizes 1410, 1608, 1610 and 1612).

Non-Polarized Ceramic Capacitor Ensures High Reliability
Bradford, PA - November 30, 2001 - A new highly stable, high frequency ceramic capacitor is now available from KOA Speer Electronics. The HFC series surface mount capacitor is stable across a wide frequency range and the single layer ceramic substrate construction ensures non-polarity, making it ideal for
use in AC circuits where polarity may reverse. KOA Speer HFC capacitors also feature a narrow tolerance of capacitance, low dielectric loss at high frequency, and high self-resonant frequency (SRF).
The new HFC series is available in sizes 1005, 1410, 1608, 1610 and 1612. Termination material is 100% tin and the operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C. Capacitance ranges include 0.10 ~ 0.60 pF (size 1005) or 0.10 ~ 1.20 pF (sizes 1410, 1608, 1610 and 1612). The HFC series is suitable for both wave and reflow soldering, and is packaged in embossed or paper taping.
KOA Speer HFC series capacitors are used microwave circuit, bluetooth, mobile phone and other cellular and wireless product applications.
