Guide-rib system features guide locks manufactured of glass-reinforced nylon for maximum strength/chemical resistance and to eliminate cross-threading. Locks consist of male adapter with spray nozzle threaded opening, available in 4 sizes, while cam lever, female guide lock coupler is offered in 2 sizes. EPDM gaskets, coupler handles, and handle locking pins are also incorporated. System is available in self-aligning single- and double-rib designs.
Bee Valve Introduces Guide-Rib System for Sprayer Nozzles
Elyria, OH-Bee Valve Inc. introduces its new guide-rib system for sprayer nozzles. The guide locks are a two-component product consisting of a male adapter and a cam lever, female coupler. The system is available in two designs, single rib and double rib. Both rib designs are self-aligning for reliable nozzle angle repeatability and fast, easy spray nozzle changes.
Bee Valve guide locks are produced in glass-reinforced nylon for strength, toughness, chemical resistance and the elimination of cross-threading. The guide lock coupler is available in two sizes (3/4", 1") for typical spray boom mounting. The male-adapter spray-nozzle threaded-opening is available in four sizes (1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4"). EPDM gaskets are standard and coupler handles are available in two materials, nylon and stainless steel. Handle locking pins are standard.
