Designed for food and beverage products, containers, and packages, In-Line Machine Vision Inspection System includes either Cognex or Keyence machine vision system installed in light box with camera setup specified by customer. System can inspect container quality prior to filling operation, provide food product count and/or volume verification prior to container closure, detect foreign matter, correct label placement, and verify day and lot code.
Cincinnati Automation releases an integrated high speed in-line machine vision inspection system designed for food and beverage product, containers and packages. Each F&B inspection system includes either a Cognex or Keyence machine vision system installed in a specially designed light box with the camera(s) setup as specified by customer.
The systems have been programmed to inspect container quality prior to filling operation, correct cap presence, seal presence and quality, food product count and/or volume verification prior to container closure operation, foreign matter detection on product or in container, correct label on container, correct label placement on container or package, day and lot code verification. The NEMA rated control system either rejects product off-line or signals the food and beverage processing machinery to reject at the next station.
