Manufactured with PR1025 PVD-coated carbide material, SIGE small-diameter internal grooving system incorporates screw-clamp toolholder that provides maximized chip evacuation. Chip control is handled by GER-M type insert with 3D molded chipbreaker and system also includes GER-A type insert with 8 mm minimum cutting diameter and 2-edge design. Cermet and other coated-carbide grades are also available.
