Jet Stream(TM) takes inflatable packaging material up to 14 in. wide from Fill-Air® 2000 or NewAir I.B® 600 inflatable packaging systems and automatically delivers it to 1-8 overhead accumulation bins. When bin reaches capacity, photo eye alerts inflatable packaging system to stop making inflatable packaging material or cuts bag chain and begins to fill additional overhead bins. System suits online operations, mail order, and pick and pack operations.

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. (Nov. 9, 2008) - Sealed Air Corp. continues to maintain the most complete line of overhead delivery systems for inflatable packaging with its Jet Stream(TM) delivery solutions. The newest overhead delivery systems are ideal for high-volume customers that require a large amount of accumulation to service from one to eight packaging stations.
The Jet Stream(TM) delivery solutions are compatible with Sealed Air's fastest inflatable packaging systems, the Fill-Air® 2000 system and the NewAir I.B® 600 system, and can accommodate inflatable packaging material measuring up to 14 inches in width. The delivery system's flexibility to work with Sealed Air's inflatable packaging systems makes it ideal for online operations, mail order, and pick and pack operations.
The Jet Stream(TM) delivery solutions take inflatable packaging material from the inflatable packaging systems and automatically deliver it to one or multiple overhead accumulation bins. When a bin reaches its capacity, a photo eye alerts the inflatable packaging system to stop making inflatable packaging material, or cuts the bag chain and automatically begins to fill additional overhead bins.
