Without interrupting production, Quicktron 05 RH detects and rejects metal contaminants from free-falling bulk materials. It features round apertures from 2-12 in. dia, and all product contacting parts are made from food-grade materials such as stainless steel, polypropylene, silicone, and Teflon. Metal detector coil is enclosed by multiple anti-static layers and integrated interference shield to ensure complete immunity from external interference.
Bunting® Magnetics Co. has strengthened its' world class lineup of metal detection equipment with the addition of the Quicktron 05 RH. The Quicktron 05 RH is designed to detect and reject metal contaminants from free falling bulk materials without interruption of production.

The Quicktron 05 RH features open framework construction with a round reject mechanism without edges to avoid dust and dirt settlement. The "Quick Out" system with the removable flap allows production workers to remove the complete separating mechanism for fast cleaning to reduce down time. Furthermore, all product contacting parts are made from food grade materials such as Stainless Steel, Polypropylene (PP), Silicone and Teflon.
"The RH model's integrated sensing tube helps eliminate the effect of exterior noise within a production facility," stated Reed. "This is crucial to help reduce any disruption within the processing flow."
All applications and throughputs are suitable for the Quicktron 05 RH. It features round apertures from 50mm to 300mm diameters (2 to 12 inches). The metal detector coil is enclosed by multiple anti-static layers and integrated interference shield to ensure complete immunity from external interference. This world class design allows for the reliable detection of all metals such as ferrous, bronze alloys and stainless steel. It provides detection of free as well as encapsulated metal contaminants. There is minimal loss of good material due to a fast reacting and powerful pneumatic drive for the reject gate.
