Featuring layers of non-woven cotton fiber that are impregnated with aluminum oxide abrasives and pressed together, discs constantly reveal fresh abrasives, resulting in smooth, controlled grinding. Discs will not smear stainless steel and other hard materials and are non-loading on aluminum and composites.

Allowing users to select the best disc for their jobs, Rex-Cut® Cotton Fiber Quick Change Disc Kits are packaged in plastic clamshells that fit into a tool box or drawer. The discs will not smear stainless steel and other hard materials and are non-loading on aluminum and composites. They run cool and last up to 25X longer than coated nylon discs, claims the firm.
