Offered in 3 models providing 1-4 stages of processing, SPIRALIFT® SR automates receiving of septage/wastewater from vacuum trucks. It features Operator Station that identifies haulers via keypad entry/credit card as well as septage receiving station that incorporates fine screening shaftless screw system, spray wash, dewatering zone, and complete controls. Compacted solids are conveyed to elevation for discharge into bin, bag, or conveyor.

The SPIRALIFT SR features an effective screening and control system for automatic receiving and processing of septage from vacuum trucks. This system transforms septage receiving from a problem area into a profit center for wastewater plants.
The SPIRALIFT SR is a self-contained, streamlined system designed to receive, screen and separate solids from raw septage or wastewater. The septage receiving station incorporates a fine screening shaftless screw system, spray wash, dewatering zone and complete controls. Compacted solids are conveyed to a convenient elevation for discharge into a bin, bag or conveyor. This pre-engineered system features dependable operation, easy installation and low operating costs.
The SPIRALIFT is supplied with an automatic control system which controls and monitors all system operations. The SPIRALIFT SR is available with an Operator Station which identifies haulers via a keypad entry or credit card. The control authenticates operators allowing them access, tracks loads, records transactions and prints a receipt.
The SPIRALIFT units are housed in a stainless steel tank enclosure with a quick disconnect inlet flange for fast connection to septage trucks. An automatic inlet valve automatically regulates internal fluid level. Three models providing between one and four stages of processing are available to meet a wide range of application requirements.
