Accommodating range of applications, TSTM-DC motorized torque test stand offers 100 lb-in. capacity and integrated angle indication with RS-232 data output. Modularity enables configuration to test requirements, while lever-operated slider with travel stops facilitates and accelerates sample engaging and disengaging. While able to be fully controlled by PC, universal tester can also be configured to stop at or cycle between programmable angle limits or torque limits.
Mark-10 introduces their new advanced motorized torque test stand Model TSTM-DC. With a capacity of 100 lbin (11.3 Nm), this universal tester is designed for a wide variety of applications, including closure torque testing, fastener torque testing, medical device testing, and more. Modular design allows the stand to be configured for a variety of test requirements while a lever-operated slider with travel stops makes engaging and disengaging samples quick and efficient.
The TSTM-DC has integrated angle indication with RS-232 data output, and can be configured to stop at or cycle between programmable angle limits or torque limits. The tester can also be fully controlled by a PC for custom applications, and integrated overload protection adds piece of mind.
The TSTM-DC can interface with Mark-10's MESURgauge software to graph torque vs. time or torque vs. angle. The software's host of analysis and reporting capabilities help quality control and research professionals better understand the performance of their companies' products.
A range of torque sensor capacities are available, along with grips and accessories.
