Equipped with digital touch screen controls and digital operating components, Model 624 AC provides indexing with width of cut from 0.010-24 in. and variable mandrel speed from 0-2,700 rpm. Mandrel features adjustable length from 24-1 in. and stock from 6 in. O.D. to minimum extrudable size that will fit mandrel. In addition to minimizing part handling, automatic angle cutter facilitates molding or extruding of tubes.

Mitchell Introduces New Automatic Angle Cutter
Elkhart, IN - The Model 624 AC Automatic Angle Cutter is now available from Mitchell, Inc. Model 624 AC reduces labor with simultaneous angle and end cuts and reduces tooling costs and operating cost per part. The automatic angle cutter also simplifies molding or extruding of tubes and reduces part handling and increases volume.
Model 624 AC is equipped with new digital touch screen controls and new digital operating components, providing quieter operation, closer tolerances, easier set-up and lower operating costs. Other standard features and specifications available include indexing with a width of cut from 0.010" to 24", variable mandrel speed from 0 to 2,700 RPM and mandrel with adjustable length from 24" to 1" and stock from 6" O.D. to the minimum extrudable size that will fit mandrel.
