Available in lengths to 100 ft with speeds to 250 fpm, QWIK Conveyor 5200 Series with Z-Frame allows end users to change product heights without conveyor-to-conveyor transfers. Units feature completely contained belt, modular 15° curve segments, air and wiring management systems, and integrated QWIK Slots(TM) for mounting of controls and accessories. Conveyors can be reconfigured using basic tools and are available in array of sizes to fit variety of applications.

Dorner Introduces Z-Frame for QWIK Conveyor 5200 Series
HARTLAND, Wis., (October 22, 2008) - Dorner Manufacturing is taking the most flexible conveyor platform on the market to new heights by launching a Z-Frame for its QWIK Conveyor 5200 Series. The new frame allows end users in the industrial, automation and packaging industries to quickly and easily change product heights on QWIK conveyors without conveyor-to-conveyor transfers. Plus, because the new Z-Frame is integrated into a single conveyor system, users avoid the added costs associated with additional pulleys and drives.
