Designed to wash and remove machining chips from simple and complex shaped parts, single station Spa-Clean Jet provides travels of 23.62, 25.59, and 17.72 in. in X, Y, and Z axes. System combines Fanuc 21iMB control system and 5-axis robot, enabling all sides of part to be addressed at pressures from 500-3,000 psi. Suited for pre-cleaning and final wash applications, machine is equipped with closed loop filtration to 5 microns and is fully programmable using g-code and m-code format.

With the part mounted open within the fixture, the Spa-Clean Jet utilizes Sugino's flexible precision washing concept to create a machine that will accurately, effectively and efficiently wash and remove machining chips from simple and complex shaped parts. Combining a Fanuc 21iMB control system and five axis robot all sides of a part can be specifically addressed at pressures from 500-3000 psi. The Spa-Clean Jet is ideally suited for pre-cleaning and final wash applications.
This machine is a single station machine with travels of 23.62", 25.59", and 17.72" in X, Y, and Z axes. Fully programmable using standard g-code and m-code format multiple part numbers can be set-up and processed. Depending on the part configuration part fixture clamping can be done automatically or manually.
