Powered by Li-Ion batteries, Model S2505 integrates dual-channel, 5 MHz bandwidth DSO with 50 Ms/S max sampling rate and 10,000-count True RMS Auto Ranging DMM with data logging capability. Solution delivers ±3% vertical accuracy and offers 512 bytes record length in single shot/glitch capture (256 bytes in other modes). Along with 1.0 µsec to 5 sec sweep rate, features include memory for 16 waveforms and setups; trigger sources from channels A, B, and external AC; and USB interface.

Englewood, NJ... A breakthrough design integrating a battery operated, dual channel, 5MHz bandwidth DSO providing 50Ms/S sampling rate and a 10,000 count True RMS DMM, with data logging memory to 17,000 points, is now the Model S2505 from Protek Test and Measurement.
Attractively priced at $621 and complete with long life, Li-Ion batteries, this advanced full function design is said to be among the "first" for the market and incorporates features previously available only in higher bandwidth DSO's.
Key specifications for the DSO section are: 5MHz bandwidth, 50Ms/S sampling rate, single channel and 25Ms/S, dual channel; ±3% Vertical Accuracy; 512 Bytes Record Length in Single Shot/Glitch capture and 256 bytes in other modes; 1.0µS to 5 Sec. Sweep Rate; 16 Waveforms & Setups Memory Storage; Trigger Sources from channels A, B & External; AC, plus USB interface with Software and Cable.
The True RMS, Auto Ranging DMM section, in addition to the 17,000 points Data Logging Memory, offers 10,000 count capacity; 6 frequency measurement ranges from 100Hz to 10MHz; Min./Max/Avg., Trend plotting and Go/No-Go testing; 4 DCV ranges from 1000mV to 1000VDC; 5 True RMS ACV ranges from 1,000mV to 750VAC and 4 Ohms ranges from 5KW to 5MW. Also included are the RPM, Duty cycle and Pulse width functions.
One and one-half lbs., the S2505 is 3.5" x 7.5" x 1.25" and includes a Manual, Holster, USB Cable & Software; AC/DC Charger and installed Battery Pack.
