JETCAM International s.a.r.l. today announced the launch of a comprehensive MRP system aimed at all types of manufacturing companies.
JETCAM MRP is suitable for a wide range of manufacturing types, from one-off and small batch manufacturers through to process manufacturing and high volume/repetitive industries. It is fully compatible with JETCAM's suite of CAM and nesting applications and provides tight integration, as well as being a complete standalone MRP solution suited to a wide range of industries including plastics, textiles, electronics, oil, defence and general engineering.
All MRP modules are supplied as standard, covering Estimates & Quotations, Stock Control, Materials Traceability, Bills of Materials, Sales Order Processing & Invoicing, Purchase Order Processing, Works Order Processing, Material Requirements Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Automatic Progress Chasing, Operational Performance Monitoring, Shop Floor Capacity Planning and Loading, Shop Floor Data Capture with Bar-coding, Full Product and Job Costing, Key Performance Indicators and Reporting, Integration with Access Dimension Accounts and Simple/Advanced Accounting Interfaces. An integrated CRM system is also available.
Traceability is covered to leading quality standards, making JETCAM MRP suited to industries such as aerospace and automotive, which require FIFO (First In, First Out) and batch number/serial number tracking.

JETCAM MRP will be available starting Q4 2008 through selected JETCAM Resellers. The system is sold as a single, complete solution rather than the traditional modular approach, and is available for either rental or purchase.
