October 15, 2008 - Amplifier digital air pressure sensor, DPC/DPH-100 series, delivers high-performance detection with response time of 500 µsec. Featuring axial design, sensor head (DPH-100) allows for mounting flexibility and can be used independently via built-in 1-5 V analog output or DPC-100 controllers. Latter features 3-color, dual digital display with direct setting capabilities as well as I/O options, such as 2 independent comparative outputs and user-selectable voltage/current output.

New Digital Pressure Sensor by SUNX, Separate Amplifier Type with Breakthrough Sensor Head Design


New Providence, NJ - Panasonic Electric Works Corporation of America today announced the release of a new separate amplifier digital air pressure sensor, DPC/DPH-100 series under SUNX brand, which offers high performance detection with ultra fast response time of 500µsec and hassle-free installation.

Breakthrough Sensor Head Design: The unique, axial design of the sensor head (DPH-100) allows flexible mounting. Using a standard hex key, the user can effortlessly mount several units side-by-side or in tight, recessed locations, or remove or replace just one unit for maintenance. Furthermore, the head has the ability to be used independently by utilizing the built-in 1-5V analog output, or with the DPC-100 controllers.

Comprehensive Input/Output Options: The controller (DPC-100) expands on the core features of the popular DP-100 series. It maintains the bright, three-color, dual digital display with direct setting capabilities, but now offers expanded I/O options for optimal application coverage. Each model is equipped with two independent comparative outputs as well as a user selectable voltage/current output. It is also capable of both auto-referencing and remote zero adjustment through a standard external input.

Flexible Sensor Head Lineup: The DPH-100 series is comprised of a comprehensive array of sensor head options. There are three pressure ranges (vacuum, positive, or compound pressure) as well as three port sizes (R 1/8, M5, or M3) and two cable styles (standard or high flex). The controllers are available with either NPN or PNP discrete outputs.

The DPC/DPH-100 series are suitable in high speed automation and sensing applications for suction check, base pressure control, leakage test, and etc.

The SUNX DPC/DPH-100 series are immediately available from stock. MSRP starts from $66.
