Isolators prevent accessories from draining car battery.

October 10, 2008 - Battery isolators are suited for those who have high-power accessories that require use of second battery in their vehicle. They let user charge 2 batteries simultaneously and keep starting battery isolated during times when power is being used (without running engine) to ensure accessories do not drain start battery. Working on negative ground alternators, products are rated from 12-48 V and can only be used with batteries that have same voltage level.

New Battery Isolators from Del City

Milwaukee, WI (September, 2008) - Do you have a high powered stereo system or other high power accessories in your vehicle that require a second battery? Battery isolators are a necessity in a vehicle with two or more batteries to insure that your accessories don't drain your start battery. Our battery isolators allow you to charge two batteries simultaneously and keep your starting battery isolated during times when you are using power, but not running the engine. Del City's battery isolators work on negative ground alternators and are rated from 12 to 48 volts. They can only be used with batteries that have the same voltage level. The battery isolators feature a heat sink design which cools the multiple high current diodes that efficiently manage the isolation process.

Del City offers a variety of battery cable, lugs, battery switches and circuit protection products to compliment our new Battery Isolators. For more information on our Battery Isolators or to request a free catalog detailing Del City's complete line of electrical products go to www.delcity.net or call 800-654-4757.
