Using the correct tooling will save your maintenance team time and help to prevent damage to the CS-1 parts during disassembly. The tools help to ensure the job is done correctly and efficiently. We now offer the following tools:

Bearing Adapter Tightener T27 Tighten or remove the bearing adapter
to the upper spindle
Bushing & Knuckle Tool T4 Press the bushing (#44) in or
(2) pcs out of the knuckle casting
Upper Bearing 3-pronged Press T24 Remove the upper bearing off of the upper
spindle
Shim Tool T48 Level the sifter base to properly attache
the stabilizer assemblies to the spider
base & X-frame
All tooling is made out of 1018 cold roll steel and will provide years of service for your CS-1 sifter. Heat treating options are available upon request.
