Utilizing the latest machine tool technologies, Sil-Pro produces intricate cores and cavities to tomorrow's exacting tolerances. Our machine tools include 40,000 rpm spindles, automatic tool changers, robotic interface, laser tool calibration and in-process probing for tool verification.
Sil-Pro uses SolidWorks to design molds, fixtures and electrodes. Programming capabilities include MasterCAM and PowerMill with full 3D-capabilitiy.
