Offered in 2 versions, UPC Model 5300 suits manufacturers of ultrasonic cleaning systems that may have limited generator mounting space. Users can specify 2 separate operating frequencies - 25, 40, 68, 132, or 170 kHz - for 1,000 W generator (500 W each) at 120/240 V and 3 for 1,500 W generator (500 W each) at 240 V. Respectively measuring 5.25 x 13.75 x 12.5 in. and 5.25 x 13.5 x 13.5 in., both 1,000 and 1,500 W generators come with power intensity and sweep frequency controls.

Ultrasonic Power Corporation Introduces Compact, Multi-Frequency 1000 and 1500 Watt Generators
FREEPORT, IL....Ultrasonic Power Corporation has introduced new 1000 watt and 1500 watt generators that offer higher efficiencies than competitive units and the convenience of a 2-in-1 generator without plug-in's or modules.
Both models are ideal for manufacturers of medium to large ultrasonic cleaning systems which may have limited generator mounting space or who desire to build more compact cleaning systems.
The 1000 watt generator will operate at frequencies of 25kHz, 40 kHz, 68 kHz, 132 kHz or 170 kHz and at 120 or 240 volts. The 1500 watt generator is available in the same frequencies and at 240 volts.
Users can specify two separate frequencies for the 1000 watt generator (500 watts each) and three separate frequencies for the 1500 watt generator (500 watts each).
Exterior physical dimensions are 5.25 x 13.75 x 12.5 in for the 1000 watt generator. The 1500 watt generator is 5.25 x 13.5 x 13.5 in.
A variable power intensity control is standard on all generators. An optional Digi-EXput® meter with toggle switch allows instant, real time measurement of both actual wattage and frequency output.

When applied with Vibra-Bar® transducers, the Model 5300 delivers Simultaneous Multi-Frequency® for both an electrical sweep of the base frequency, and a mechanical multi-frequency movement of the "Vibra-Bar®" transducers. Producing uniform cavitations with aqueous as well as semi-aqueous material, this combination provides the most effective cleaning action available in the industry.
