Baldor Reliance API 547 large AC industrial motor meets American Petroleum Institute's Specification 547 requirements and is designed for safe and reliable operation in severe duty applications. Suited for pump compressor and fan applications, it is available from 250-3,000 hp in 2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-pole speed configurations.
Baldor Electric Company, Fort Smith, Arkansas based manufacturer of energy saving industrial electric motors, power transmission products, drives and generators, introduces a new line of large AC industrial motors specifically designed for the petroleum and petrochemical industries, the Baldor Reliance API 547. The new API 547 is the first and only motor in the industry to meet the American Petroleum Institute's Specification 547 requirements and is the first to receive the API monogram of approval.
Designed for safe and reliable operation in severe duty applications, the API 547 is available from 250 through 3,000 horsepower in 2, 4, 6, and 8 pole speed configurations. These new motors are ideal for pump compressor and fan applications.
In addition, Baldor Reliance API 547s can be manufactured to comply with specific customer requirements for critical duty motors.
