Suitable for prototyping, short runs, or full production, Economy Turnkey Line features 3 main components. MC384 pick-and-place machine, offering speeds of 4,000 cph, includes 128-lane feeder capacity and ability to mount 0201s, CFPs, and µBGAs in 14.5 x 13.4 in. placement area. Model 5500 Stencil Printer has independent, pressure-controlled dual squeegees and pneumatically controlled stencil frame. With 5 independent zones, CR5000 reflow oven attains lead-free-ideal temperatures to 300ºC.

The 5500 Stencil Printer features independent, pressure-controlled dual squeegees and an ergonomically preferred pneumatically controlled stencil frame that opens automatically after each cycle. Single or double-sided PCBs can be processed in its spacious print area of 19.7" x 21.7" (500 x 550mm). The CR5000 forced hot air convection reflow oven features 5 independent upper and lower heat zones and attains lead-free-ideal temperatures to 300ºC and includes a combination edge-pin and belt conveyor.
