The Synergy 200AT bundle features a compact 2.2-lb. computer pre-loaded with Zontec's popular entry-level Synergy SPC software for personnel who want to conduct quality checks as they move freely about their production facility.
The Synergy SPC software application is designed for data collection, charting, process monitoring, analysis and reporting of an unlimited number of variable (dimensional measurement) characteristics for each manufactured part, assembly or process.
WHAT THE MARKET WANTS
"Industry analysts confirm growing demand for these ultraportable, lower-cost devices in the workplace," says Zontec President Warren Ha. When not performing SPC, Synergy 200A users can access e-mail, the Internet, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation software or other business applications they care to install on the ample hard drive.
Based on the latest networking technologies, Synergy 200A includes 10/100 ethernet and 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi wireless connectivity. Multiple USB ports allow the connection of gages for automatic and more accurate data entry than via keyboard.

Overall dimensions of the Synergy 200A are similar to that of a journal-sized planning calendar. The 9" SVGA monitor is the perfect companion for high resolution display of Zontec's interactive SPC graphics. Users receive instant process feedback from its color-coded alarms and pop-up warnings that enable them to make confident quality decisions and take immediate corrective action when production problems occur. The software maintains detailed traceability data and audit trails for customer compliance and ISO/TS standards.
With a single mouse-click, SPC charts and reports can be saved in an e-mail-ready attachment format. In addition, users can reference engineering drawings or procedural documents without leaving the Synergy SPC program.
Synergy 200A runs on the Microsoft Windows® operating system (included).
