One version operates at 13.56 MHz or 125 KHz frequency and offers read/write range of 1-10 mm. Data maintenance is rated at 10 years, and EMS memory can be wiped and written more than 100K times. Also available, UHF Frequency (860-960 MHz) version operates in FHSS or fixed frequency operating mode and has 10 cm to 2 m read/write range.
