Flame Retardant Adhesive has V0 flammability rating.


August 21, 2008 - Meeting ASTM standard D3801 flammability specification, electrically isolating F2591 adheres to silicon, ceramic, aluminum, and copper substrates. RoHS-compliant product is stable at room temperature for 1 month and can be stored at 0°C for 3 months or -40°C for 1 year. Available in sheet or roll format up to 18 in., adhesive can be provided as film or preform in thicknesses from 1.5-7 mils. Typical cure schedule is 150°C for 60 min.

V0, Flame Retardant Adhesive Film

This flame retardant adhesive provides strong adhesion to silicon, ceramic, aluminum and copper substrates.

F2591 is stable at room temperature for 1 month and can be stored at 00 C for 3 months or -400C for 1 year. Typical cure schedule is 150°C for 60 minutes..

Typical applications for F2591 include aerospace and electronic products requiring a V0 rating.

Available in sheet or roll format up to 18 inches this material can be provided as a film or preform in thicknesses from 1.5 mils to 7 mils.
