Made of polyurethane, CL1 C-System Wiper Lip is suitable for large surface areas such as aprons and sheet metal, where it can compensate for unevenness up to 3 mm. Unit is resistant to coolants and guarantees optimal seal every time. Available in continuous lengths, CL1 is replaceable and fits all C profiles, including 2, 3, 5, and 6.

One of the world's leading manufacturers of machine tool protection systems, Hennig is introducing a further development of their C-system wiper lip that generates less contact pressure, due to optimized preload and greater lip length. With these characteristics, the new wiper lip is well suited for large surface areas such as aprons and sheet metal, where it can easily compensate for unevenness up to 3 mm. The optimal wiping performance makes this lip particularly suitable for use with aluminum apron systems.
"The polyurethane wiper lip material is the same as our proven and popular C-lip and is suitable for almost all applications," notes Hennig's European Sales and Marketing Director, Günter Held.
This new wiper lip design has excellent durability and is thus highly resistant to all currently used coolants. A perfect seal is guaranteed, every time. The CL1 is replaceable and fits all C profiles - 2, 3, 5 and 6. Available in continuous lengths, as well.
