August 25, 2008 - Supplied in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, CVCO55FL-0136-0174 operates from 136-174 MHz with 0.5-4.5 V control voltage. Phase noise is -123 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset, and output power is +9.0 dBm typ. Input voltage is 5 V, with max current consumption of 25 mA, and pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.50 MHz and 0.50 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typ. Applications include digital radio equipment, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
