Capable of drilling, boring, and tapping pipes of any diameter, Multi-Axial PowerDrill features 5 in. tool diameter and 5 axes of adjustment. Modular design facilitates setup, and optional mounting saddles allow unit to be used on pipes or flat surfaces. Field tool can utilize standard and reversible air motors in 1½ and 2½ hp sizes and works with range of standard tooling and tool adapters. Optional equipment includes 2-speed gearbox, pivot mount, digital level, and laser pointer.

The Wachs Multi-Axial PowerDrill is a field tool designed for drilling, boring, and tapping pipes of any diameter. The drill features 5" tool diameter, high-torque gearing, long feed travel, and multiple (5) axes of adjustment for amazing flexibility. Optional equipment includes; a two-speed gearbox, a pivot mount for off-center drilling, a digital level and a laser pointer system. Modular design makes setup quick and easy for one operator. Optional mounting saddles allow the PowerDrill to be used on pipes or flat surfaces. Multiple drive options are available, using a standard Wachs motor adapter. The drill can utilize standard and reversible air motors in 1-1/2 HP and 2-1/2 HP sizes (hydraulic power is also available.) The Multi-Axial uses a wide range of standard tooling and tool adapters. (1-1/2" straight bore spindle 38.1 mm; up to #4 Morse Taper.) With its rugged construction and comprehensive features and options, the Multi-Axial PowerDrill is the most powerful and versatile portable drilling tool available.
