LG bushings employ rotation prevention function, where 4 rows of circular arc grooves are arranged on shaft, to ensure precision movement. Product is dimensionally interchangeable with linear bushing, as outer tube has same OD. Since outer tube and shaft are interchangeable, combination of outer tube and shaft may be selected. Tube OD ranges from 8-15 mm, with tolerances from 0 to -0.011, while tube lengths range from 12-30 mm, with tolerances from 0 to -0.2 and shaft ODs from 4-8 mm.

THK Adds LG to Line of Accurate and Smooth Moving Linear Guide Ball Bushings
Schaumburg, IL - (July 28, 2008) New from THK, the LG Linear Guide Ball Bushing offers high accuracy, smooth motion and high load capacities.
The LG's rotation prevention function, where four rows of circular arc grooves are arranged on the shaft, is included to ensure precise movement. This circular arc groove design allows for increased load carrying capability.
The LG is dimensionally interchangeable with a linear bushing, as the outer tube has the same outer diameter as a linear bushing. Since the outer tube and the shaft are interchangeable, a combination of outer tube and shaft can be easily selected.
The outer tube diameter of the LG ranges from 8 - 15 mm (tolerances from 0 to -0.011), while outer tube lengths are 12 - 30 mm (tolerances from 0 to -0.2) and shaft outer diameters are 4 - 8 mm.
