LxC-RŪ - Single Channel Fiber Optic Connector for Harsh Environments

LxC-RŪ

The single channel fiber optic connector for harsh environments is now available...

Miniature and robust, this new concept is ideally suited for applications requiring single channel transmission in extreme environmental conditions, such as aerospace and military applications and more generally anywhere a robust fiber optic link is required.

A multi purposes connector

The LxC-RŪ product family includes keyed plugs and receptacles with various options for different environmental sealing requirements. Easy to install with a simple jam nut, the LxC-RŪ does not require specific tools.

Examples of applications

o RF over Fiber (Antenna remoting, Phase Array Radar, Military Radio Networking...) and all radio signal conversion over a fiber in severe environment.
o Sensors (temperature, strain, pressure, vibrations) for aeronautic, military and medical.

o IFE (seat box-connections, on-board fiber optic equipments, etc...)

An evolutionary solution

The LxC-RŪ range will be soon expanded with new options for higher sealing levels and high temperature requirements.
