Along with rigid box structure base, V500 and V650 employ THK linear guideways, C1 class ballscrews with cryogenic treatment, and ac servo motor to promote cutting precision. Both utilize Windows XP-Embedded control OS and incorporate 15 in. TFT touchscreen, as well as RTX real-time extension software. Threading is done directly at break point, with no need to return to starting point upon wire breakage. With double door design, V650 is capable of reaching 320 mm˛/min.
