E1 Service Tester offers multifunctional operation.

July 23, 2008 - While designed for installation tests as well as engineering checks and acceptances, GAO5855 digital transmission system test device is also suited for daily maintenance of E1 PCM line (G.703 2 Mbps). Main functions include channel test, alarm analysis, fault finding, and signaling analysis of E1 line. Users can also asses clock restoration capability of tested circuit up to deviation of ±999 ppm, test code type pattern, and use various error insertion modes.

GAO Tek Inc. , Has Released a New E1 Service Tester

Toronto, ON - GAO Tek Inc. has released a new GAO5855 E1 Service Tester. This E1 service tester is a multi-functional digital transmission system test device designed for installation tests and engineering checks and acceptances. It is also suitable for daily maintenance of the E1 PCM line (G.703 2Mbit/s). Main functions include channel test, alarm analysis, fault finding and signaling analysis of the E1 (2Mb/s) line.

Basic Functions:
o Transmission clock maximum deviation ±999ppm, effectively assess the clock restoration capability of the tested circuit.
Test code type pattern: pseudorandom binary sequence fixed code and 16BIT user programmable code.
Bit, rate and other types of error insertion modes.
Perform the error analysis according to the G.821, G.826 and M.2100 standard of ITU-T.

Main Features:
o High resolution backlit LCD, smart navigation mode operation displays in English.
Combines BERT, time-slot analysis, signaling testing, signal analysis, and other functions.
Real-time clock and long term storage via a second spare battery without AC adapter or built-in NiMH battery module.
