Accessories Now Available for the UL Listed Universal Button

STI announces two accessories are available for the UL Listed Universal Button. This revolutionary Universal Button (UB-1) offers 240 combinations, has everything required to provide just what the customer wants in one convenient package and is now UL Listed. The new accessories include a Latching/Timer Module and a two inch button making it even more versatile.

The reliable and highly accurate Latching/Timer Module (LT-1) allows a momentary button, such as the Universal Button or Stopper Stations, to be used as a latching module. It converts the button to a latching device that can be reset with a closure of any type. This compact (1.75 x 1.25 x 0.5" deep) Latching/Timer Module offers an auto reset feature. When installed with a normally open contact on the door, the unit will automatically reset without waiting for the timer to expire. This helps prevent an unauthorized entry into a door that has not timed out (contact required on door). The precise digital timing circuit offers 15, 30, 45 seconds or indefinitely. The module has 12 to 24 volts AC/DC operation and a Form "C" contact rating 3A @ 125 AC/30 VDC. When power is removed, a supervised relay drops out. All instructions are marked on the board for easy installation or field adjustment.

The new 2" Lens for Universal Button (UB-2LENS) offers ease of use and helps make the push button more noticeable. It was designed to answer the request from municipalities. This oversized button in blue, green, or red is packaged together as one kit. UL/cUL Listed. Meets ADA Standards.
