LANSDALE, Pa., July 8 /- Global DMS, the technology company that pioneered web-based appraisal management software, announces launch of the new version of its eTrac Enterprise Edition for Appraisal Management Companies (AMC).
Global DMS is launching this updated platform in response to industry changes and the new GSE requirements. With the new code, appraisal management companies and lenders need to make sure they are taking all the necessary steps in order to remain compliant.
The AMC Edition offers a multitude of technologies specifically designed to cater to the needs of appraisal management companies. The system promotes appraiser independence by separating the appraiser from the appraisal requester. The system also offers various management features that can assist in managing orders and statuses on a nationwide level. The system also handles invoicing, accounts receivable, and vendor payments with a direct integration to QuickBooks.
