July 1, 2008 - Using sound waves instead of force deflection to measure belt tension, portable Model 507C produces repeatable results in seconds and can be used in almost any environment. Unit operates on four AAA batteries and is provided with cord sensor. Inductive sensor or flexible sensor are optionally available.
