Thickened shrouds and vanes provide optimal wear resistance in heavier slurries, and impeller hub side clearing vanes are effective in clearing solids. Thickened shrouds and vanes provide maximum wear resistance in heavier slurries. Design improvements were also made to the impeller hub side clearing vanes. The new vanes are more effective in clearing solids and improving the effectiveness of the expeller design when used with the hub side flow diverter.
Precision molded impeller features the best wear resistant natural rubber on the market. Due to the special manufacturing used by Linatex®, their rubber compound's impact resistance properties outperform all other manufacturers.
