Briggs Introduces Full Line of Water Saving Toilets

Charleston, SC-Responding to America's rapid population growth and the world's expanding demand for diminishing water resources, Briggs Industries has introduced a trio of high-efficiency toilets, designed to reduce water consumption--now estimated at 100 gallons daily for each person in the U.S.

A partner in the Environmental Protection Agency's WaterSense program, Briggs has gained EPA certification following independent laboratory testing for its new dual-flush HET, The Conserver, which enables user selection of either 1.0 or 1.6 gallons per flush (gpf), achieving an average water savings of 20% compared to typical toilets.

A second, soon-to-be released design, The Maelstrom Max HET, provides powerful one-flush performance, using only 1.28 gpf. Briggs' third new Turbo 3 Flush-assisted model, The Renovi HET, combines value pricing with 1.28 gpf water conservation.

All three products are constructed from high-quality vitreous china, have 2" glazed trapways for more efficient waste removal and quieter flush and refill than pressure-assist or gravity toilets.

Briggs Industries, Inc., with North American headquarters in Charleston and manufacturing plants in Knoxville, TN and throughout South America, is a global producer of plumbing fixtures and sanitary ware, including toilets, bidets, pedestal and vessel lavatories, bathtubs and kitchen sinks. It also markets faucets for bathrooms and kitchens.
