Sensor Systems LLC Announces the Newest Version of the Unique, High Performance, Temperature-Compensated Micro-Machined Pressure Sensor

St. Petersburg, FL USA - The Model 6-09 is a 316L Stainless-steel, oil-isolated, constant-voltage, and temperature-compensated ratiometric pressure sensor packaged within a 1.0 inch OD by 2.0" outline.

It is designed for high performance, high-pressure applications where compatibility with corrosive media must be maintained. The Silicon pressure sensor is mounted on a 316L SS TO style Monobody.

A 316L stainless steel convoluted oil isolation Pressure sensor is torque and TIG welded between the Sensor housing and process pressure fitting. This unique TIG welded construction assures reliability under high pulsating pressure. A small volume of silicone oil couples the pressure sensor to the isolation diaphragm.

A ceramic substrate is attached to the sensor package that contains laser-trimmed resistors for temperature compensation and offset correction.

A variety of threaded process fittings and electrical connectors are available.
In customer specific applications requiring unique pressure connections, labeling, calibration, electrical connections, performance, packaging, or a combination of these elements, Sensor Systems LLC can provide a special product design service to meet your requirements.
