Bud's New ANS Series of Die-Cast Boxes Meets Ratings for EMI/RFI, NEMA, and IP65

CLEVELAND - JUNE 12, 2008 - Bud Industries, Inc., the leading manufacturer of electronic enclosures, introduces its ANS Series of aluminum die-cast NEMA boxes with EMI/RFI shielding. Featuring a unique dual-channel gasketing approach, the one-piece molded outer Silicone gasket guarantees reliable and long-lasting sealing that meets NEMA 4X and IP65 requirements. The second gasket made of wire-mesh with sponge rubber delivers exceptional EMI/RFI protection. Captive cover assembly screws are located outside the sealing area.

Designed from ADC-12 die-cast aluminum alloy, the ANS Series boxes have thick wall construction (0.098-in., 2.5mm) that ensures strength and rigidity in heavy-duty applications. These units meet NEMA 1, 2, 4, 4X, 12, 13 and IP65 ratings and can be mounted without the need of removing covers and subsequently exposing internal components via optional mounting brackets.

Each unit of the ANS Series features a recessed area on the cover surface for decals and is available in natural finish or smooth black powder-coat finish. Each unit can be easily machined and modified to specific requirements.

Same-day shipment. The ANS Series are in stock and available for same-day shipping. The manufacturer's suggested retail pricing is as low as $10.90. The product is packaged, priced and sold in quantities of one. For custom modification specifications and pricing, contact the factory.
