For applications requiring impact toughness, arc stability, and minimal spatter, Tri-MarkŪ TM-811N1 features fast-freezing, easily removed slag. This gas-shielded wire, classified under AWS code E81T1-Ni1CJ H8 and E81T1-Ni1 MJ H8, can weld in all positions with either 100% CO2 or 75% Argon, 25% CO2 mixture. Designed for mining, earth moving, and petrochemical equipment, product comes in .045, .052, and 1/16 in. sizes and exhibits impact values up to 121 ft lb at -40°F.
