Computer Network, Processing of Digitized, Compressed, Security Camera Video, Intelligently onto Hard Drives of Personal Computers

Gray Electronics introduces their latest INTELLIGENT SELECTION(TM) Digital Capture System INTELLIGENT SELECTION(TM) INTERNET PROTOCOL (IsIp). This system utilizes TCP Network and IP technology to "intelligently select" MEGAPIXEL resolution pictures and "intelligently store" these pictures in Server/Databases on Hard Drives of Personal Computers such that they may be "intelligently selected" from the Databases using TCP Network and IP Software programs by Gray Electronics.

I. Gray's IsIpCameraDriver software:

A. Can process pictures from an UNLIMITED number of IP Cameras (current software is limited to 99 cameras due to PC processing power).
B. Megapixel Resolution IP Dome cameras that feature Pan, tilt, zoom & autofocus features and 100 presets are exploited by IsIpCameraDriver software which utilizes these features to process Pictures that are "zoomed in and focused".
C. Every Picture is of an alarm event created by the Detection of a person by PIRS or other sensors.
D. The IsIpCameraDriver can process 96 alarm inputs which can be assigned to ANY Camera installed. (Remember an UNLIMITED Number)
E. IsIpCameraDriver Alarm trigger Scripts can select and capture up to 10 PreSet Scenes, each from any IP Dome Camera System. This makes 960 possible PreSet Scenes that can be "intelligently selected" by our IsIpCameraDriver software from locations anywhere on a TCP Network or Internet Connection.
F. IsIpCameraDriver has up to 10,000 different Alarm input Scripts that feature:
1. Assigned names to help setup and operate.
2. Each Script contains 10 steps where each step connects to a camera and PreSet Position.
3. Every Script is started by one of the 96 alarm trigger channels.
4. Allows control of activation of each alarm script.
5. Allows selection of the number of alarm trigger scripts that are repeated in 1/10th of seconds. (Each Script can select up to 10 PICTURES, EACH a PreSet Scene from its ASSIGNED IP Dome camera, and repeat this series of triggered pictures.)
6. Allows names to be assigned to each trigger channel to aid in setup and operation.
7. The number of alarm scripts is currently limited to 100.
G. The heart of Gray Electronics' IsIpCameraDriver is the trigger management features:
1. Can read up to 192 channels of I/O cards connected to motion detectors. (Limited to the number of PCI slots)
2. Each alarm channel can command up to 10 cameras and associated PreSet positions
3. Can read an unlimited amount of TCP Alarm messages using TCP connections IP Dome Cameras alarm inputs.
4. Can read an unlimited amount of the number of TCP IP trigger channels (Now set to 96, can be 99999
5. Can process pictures from 99 cameras at the same time!!
6. The only limitation is the Network speed and the CPU speed of the computer.

II. Gray's IsIpDatabase (Server):

A. IsIpDatabase collects the Pictures from the IsIpCameraDriver.
1. Saves the pictures in a Database.
2. Has a Remote Viewer interface for Internet or Intranet connection via TCP IP protocol.
3. Database size has NO LIMITS. (Only hard drive space, 4 terabytes available today)
4. Intelligent space management, the oldest day of the database will be deleted when drive space is lower than 2 Gigbytes.
B. Saves images in an internal hidden format and cannot be opened with standard viewers.
1. Database is safe against outside attack, No delete, change, or hide command supported.
2. Hacker safe: Even if a an attacker gets the password from the database, all he can do is read encrypted information.
3. Even if the hacker has a copy of Gray's remote viewer.exe, all he can do is VIEW pictures..

III. Gray's IsIpRemoteViewer(client):

A. IsIpRemoteViewer can view pictures out of the database directly via a direct netbios connection.
B. IsIpRemoteViewer can connect to a database via TCP IP in house by simply d-clickint and Icon (when database and remote viewer are in the same physical Network, but the remote viewer hasn't any folder access rights.
C. IsIpRemoteViewer can connect to a database via TCP IP INTERNET by simply d-clicking an Icon.
D. IsIpRemoteViewer can "intelligently select" images from the database very quickly.
1. Pictures "intelligently selected" are displayed in a tree format to help find images fast.
2. Pictures may be filtered by operator selection of:
a. Start Date and End Date.
b. Start Time and End Time.
c. Camera number or name.
c. An Alarm code or number.
3. Pictures may be Printed via a simple click of an Icon.
4. Pictures may be Saved via a simple click of an Icon.
5. Pictures may be copied to Windows Clipboard via a simple click of an Icon.
6. Pictures may be examined in detail via "rubber band" selection of an area for Zoom inside the Picture.
7. For picture comparison, (4) four pictures may be displayed in Quad format.
8. Picture access is very fast because of an internal index format that allows 100000 pictures to be accessed each second.
9. IMPORTANT: Operators can NOT CHANGE, DELETE OR HIDE any of the database pictures
