June 4, 2008 - With maintenance-free feed chute, MECHATRON® Coni-Steel Vibro Feeder gently meters materials for applications in plastics, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Volumetric and gravimetric feeder configurations accommodate complete disassembly from non-process side to facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Capable of metering powders, granules, chips, flakes, and fibers, machine achieves accuracies greater than ±0.5% and feed rates from .01-353 ft³/hr.

For metering a variety of powders, granules, chips, flakes, and fibers Schenck AccuRate announces its latest product offering the MECHATRON® Coni-Steel Vibro Feeder. With a uniquely designed maintenance free feed chute dry solid materials are gently metered for applications in the plastics, food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Volumetric and gravimetric configurations of the feeder are available with complete disassembly from the non-process side for easy cleaning and maintenance. The new stainless steel vibratory feeder is capable of accuracies greater than ± 0.5% and feed rates from .01 to 353 cubic feet per hour.
