Conveyor System utilizes gearless 24 Vdc motor.

May 27, 2008 - Motorized roller conveyor, Hilmot Series 9000, uses one motor that mounts to outside of frame and offers speed adjustability from 30-140 fpm for different between-frame widths or conveyor speeds. Gearless nature of motor lends to quiet operation and structural ruggedness as well as overall system life expectancy. Other features include run on demand controls, minimal maintenance design, and flexible/expandable controls and system designs.

Introducing the Hilmot Series 9000 24VDC Conveyor System

Leading the way with motorized roller conveyor technology, Hilmot Corporation based in Waukesha, Wisconsin has developed a new 24Volt DC Conveyor product line. This conveyor system utilizes a high torque 24Volt DC motor that mounts to the outside of the frame. This motor is gearless, eliminating the major points of failure of other 24 Volt DC motorized roller systems as well as being extremely quiet and rugged. Being gearless it has speed adjustability from 30fpm up to 140 fpm in standard applications. Life expectancy in typical applications is 5 to 10 times that of traditional motorized roller systems due to the rugged gearless motor design.

With the Hilmot Series 9000 conveyor you get all of the advantages of standard motorized roller systems such as run on demand controls, little to no maintenance, energy efficiency and flexible/expandable controls and system designs. In addition to these advantages the Series 9000 offers the following advantages: one motor for different between-frame widths or conveyor speeds (even less spare parts), quicker, less complicated replacement ( which is rare due to the long life motor design, further reducing maintenance costs), and longer motor life.

Hilmot Corporation's Vice President of Product Development, Tony Hill says "We are very excited about the Series 9000 product line. It allows us to expand our product offering even further with tighter between frame widths and expanded zone lengths due to the high torque output of the motor and small profile. This product fits well into our product offering of high quality 24VDC conveyor sections, systems and total solutions."

Contact Hilmot Corporation for further information on this product line and all of our 24Volt DC products and solutions. From small box handling to pallet loads and most applications in between Hilmot has a pre-engineered solution to fill the need.
