May 23, 2008 - Engineered to ISO 9001 quality standards, SILPURAN® silicone rubber has no organic stabilizers, plasticizers, or promoters for optimal purity. It is tested for biocompatibility compliance to ISO 10993 and USP-Class VI standards and is manufactured and processed in clean room Class 6 area. Uses include production of seals for contact with skin, blood, plasma, or dialysis fluid; medical tubing, catheters, and profiles; as well as gaskets, membranes, and needle-free valves.
