New Enercon Plasma3(TM) VCP

New Enercon Plasma3(TM) VCP provides variable chemistry atmospheric plasma for difficult to treat surfaces. The treatment of Plasma3 VCP, eliminates the need for expensive priming, batching and hazardous chemical surface preparation processes. The system is specifically designed for treating sheets, boards and objects with minimal contour such as tubing and wire.

Powerful yet gentle in-line atmospheric treatment is optimized to clean, etch and functionalize a wide range of materials that would otherwise be unresponsive. It treats complex surfaces such as PTFE with a patented plasma delivery technology. The system may be configured with unique chemistry blends to optimize the effects of treatment for different materials.

Plasma3 VCP's generates uniform and dense plasma which provides an aggressive and consistent treatment. In addition to being effective, treatment results are also long lasting. Added benefits include treatment for both conductive and non conductive surfaces.

Enercon Industries Corporation, headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI, is a major manufacturer of equipment for the plastics and packaging industries. The company supplies custom built atmospheric plasma treating systems for rolls, webs, sheets, and three dimensional objects.
