Klüber Lubrication Introduces Millplex FMG-2 US

Special, synthetic grease lubricates machine rolling bearings in food and pharmaceutical plants, including animal feed pellet mills

Londonderry, NH - (May 8, 2008) - Kluber Lubrication, a worldwide manufacturer of specialty lubricants, introduces Millplex FMG-2 US -- a special, synthetic grease for lubricating machine rolling bearings in food and pharmaceutical manufacturing plants (NSF H1 registration is pending).

Millplex FMG-2 US is composed of a synthetic base oil and a calcium sulphonate complex thickener. It's designed for applications where food and pharmaceutical products may come in contact with the grease. Specifically, Millplex FMG-2 is ideal for use in manufacturing grain, meal and pellet animal feeds. The grease also extends bearing life and reduces downtime, thanks to its excellent load-carrying properties. The grease also provides excellent wear and corrosion protection.

Kluber recommends applying Millplex FMG-2 using standard, commercial grease equipment. All lubrication points should be thoroughly cleaned to maximize hygienic conditions, which are mandatory in food-safe H1 environments.

Millplex FMG-2 US is available in different pack sizes, including a 400 g cartridge, a 50 kg keg and a 180 kg drum. For more information about this grease and other Kluber products, visit the company's Web site at www.kluber.com.
